Alternative.Hair is operated by Vimana Visual. This Privacy Policy explains how Alternative.Hair collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, merchant tools, and AI try-on services.
What we collect
Merchant account data, shopper selfie images, wig or product images, generated try-on outputs, usage logs, and billing data processed through Stripe or future billing providers.
How photo data is used
Shopper selfies are used to provide the try-on experience and are not used to train AI models by default. Generated outputs may be stored for service delivery, merchant review, support, and product reliability.
Vendors and storage
Alternative.Hair may use image processing vendors, storage vendors, infrastructure providers, and billing vendors to provide the service. We do not sell shopper selfie data.
Retention and deletion
Selfies, outputs, and logs may be retained only as long as needed for operations, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or merchant support. Retention periods may be updated as the service matures.
