Virtual Try-On Policy

This Virtual Try-On Policy applies to the Alternative.Hair virtual try-on experience made available by Vimana Visual, doing business as Alternative.Hair. By using this feature, you expressly consent to the collection, upload, analysis, use, storage, and disclosure of information as described in this policy.

This policy supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, do not use the virtual try-on feature.

When you use the virtual try-on feature, you may take a selfie with your device camera or upload an existing photo from your device. That image is sent to Alternative.Hair and our service providers so the selected wig can be analyzed and digitally applied to your image.

Our systems and vendors may analyze facial landmarks and other image characteristics to position the selected product on your photo and generate the resulting try-on output. This processing is used to provide the try-on experience and is not intended to identify you as an individual.

Alternative.Hair may store the uploaded selfie, generated output, and related technical logs for service delivery, merchant review, support, abuse prevention, reliability, legal compliance, and troubleshooting. By default, Alternative.Hair does not use your selfie or generated result to train AI models.

By using the virtual try-on feature, you specifically consent that:

• Alternative.Hair and its service providers may collect, upload, process, store, and use your image and data derived from your image to operate the virtual try-on experience.
• The processing may include automated detection of facial landmarks or similar image-analysis data that could be treated as biometric information, biometric data, or a biometric identifier under certain laws.
• Your consent to this policy is a prerequisite to using the virtual try-on feature.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable law to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your use of the virtual try-on feature.

To make a privacy or deletion request, use the methods described in our Privacy Policy. We may retain records needed to document your request, comply with law, defend claims, or maintain required business records.

Alternative.Hair may disclose personal information and related try-on data to affiliated entities, infrastructure providers, image-processing vendors, analytics providers, storage vendors, support vendors, and the merchant or storefront offering the try-on experience where needed to provide the service.

We may also collect or disclose technical information such as IP address, browser details, device information, session activity, and clickstream data associated with the virtual try-on feature.

We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, court order, regulation, or to protect our rights, users, or service integrity.

This Virtual Try-On Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updated version will apply to future use of the virtual try-on feature after publication.
