These Terms of Service are between you and Vimana Visual ('Alternative.Hair,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our') and govern your access to and use of the Alternative.Hair website, AI try-on tools, and related services.
Service availability
Alternative.Hair is in early access. Availability, uptime, and generation times may vary, and no guaranteed uptime is provided.
Billing and successful try-ons
Merchants are billed based on successful try-ons. Failed generations do not count toward included monthly usage.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for obtaining shopper consent where required, ensuring product imagery rights, and using the service in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
AI output limitations
AI results may be inaccurate and are provided for visualization only. Alternative.Hair does not guarantee sales lift, fit accuracy, color accuracy, or final appearance.
Acceptable use and liability
Merchants may not misuse uploaded images, violate rights, or use the service for unlawful content. Refunds, cancellations, acceptable use restrictions, image rights, and limitation of liability may be updated as the early access program matures.
